Please note, most support requests are more efficiently handled via email
then phone. Technical information is usually more easily understood in
printed form and it provides you with a permanent record. Certain things,
such as password changes, we will only do via email, since we must verify
your identity. Support requests should be emailed from the address we
have on file as being authoritative for your account. When leaving a
voice message it is always a good idea to email support as well.
